Boshuis Blankwater is a holiday home for groups, situated on a beautiful estate surrounded by forests, in the south of the Netherlands. With 16 bedrooms, a large, fully equipped kitchen, long dining tables, a spacious garden and a private forest, it is the ideal group accommodation for families and groups of friends. Perfect for celebrating a birthday or anniversary, or simply for a relaxing weekend away together. The house is always rented out on an exclusive basis, this way privacy and space are guaranteed.
Experience life on the countryside
The house is situated on a beautiful estate next to an organic blueberry farm, where you can pick your own berries during the season (June–September). For other treats, you can visit the farm shop or the terrace of the café all year round; both are within walking distance of the house.
Large windows offer views of the farm and the forest, where every season has its own charm: flowering bushes in spring, the bustle of the harvest in summer, warm autumn colours and an almost magical winter atmosphere created by frost and dew on the fields.
Together under one roof, with a room to yourself
The house has 16 bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, and can accommodate up to 36 adults and four children. Each room has its own shower and toilet, so everyone can enjoy some privacy and start or end the day in peace and quiet.
The rooms are spacious, light and stylishly furnished. The luxury hotel beds are set up as double beds as standard, but can easily be separated. This makes the rooms ideal for both families, friends and groups who want a bit more privacy.
For little explorers and grown-ups who enjoy life
Surrounding Boshuis Blankwater is a spacious garden with a terrace with a roof and a fire pit. Children can play on the trampoline, swing, enjoy the table tennis table or the small football pitch, whilst the forest is perfect for building huts or going on adventures.
There’s plenty to do in the neighbourhood too. There are walking routes nearby and guided tours of local farms. Roermond is close by, and Eindhoven, Maastricht and Düsseldorf are all within an hour’s reach, so you can easily visit these towns and their shops and restaurants.

Looking for a great place to stay?
Lovely accommodation, a very warm welcome. Plenty of space to keep a group entertained even when the weather isn’t that great. We spent a truly special family weekend here. Definitely recommended for a group with young children. Toys and games provided – and, for once, no TV! We had a wonderful time.
